Booking And Payment
All bookings are made online via the Get Corfu Transfer website. Customers must follow the booking process as outlined on the website. Payment can be made online by debit or credit card, or in cash directly to the driver.
Amendments
If you need to change your booking, modifications are generally accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Requests made after this time may still be considered; however, changes cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability. To request a modification, please contact our support team.
Booking Cancellation
The person who made the booking may cancel it up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time and receive a full refund for online payments. To cancel a booking, please contact our support team.
Waiting Time
For airport and port transfers, the complimentary waiting time is 60 minutes. For hotel and address pick-ups, the complimentary waiting time is 30 minutes.
Hourly Chauffeur Services & Private Tours
Our hourly chauffeur service includes up to 30 kilometres per hour. Your chauffeur remains at your disposal throughout the booking and can take you to your next destination, regardless of how many stops you wish to make. This service is ideal for travellers who want complete flexibility, with the freedom to create their own itinerary without being tied to a fixed schedule. When you book by the hour, you set the pace of the day — choosing when to depart, where to go, and how long to stay.
Late Booking
Bookings can be made up to 1 hour before your desired pick-up time, subject to availability.
No-Show
No-shows will not be refunded if the passenger is not present at the meeting point. The phone number you entered during booking must be active and reachable via either a regular call or WhatsApp to avoid any complications.
Child Seats
In Greece, children are required to use an appropriate child seat until they reach 12 years of age or a height of 135 cm, in accordance with local regulations.
Passenger Insurance
All vehicles used for Get Corfu Transfer services are covered by passenger insurance.
