What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up for a full refund. To cancel, please contact our support team.
Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes. If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to assist.
Do you provide baby or child seats?
Yes. Baby and child seats are available at no extra cost. Please request them during the booking process.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash payments directly to the driver.
How long before the pick up can I cancel my booking?
You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up for a full refund. To proceed with a cancellation, please contact our support team.
Is it safe to enter my card details?
Yes. We use Stripe as our secure payment provider. Stripe is certified to PCI DSS Level 1 and SOC 1 and SOC 2 standards, ensuring the highest level of data security and compliance.
Airport Transfers
Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name for a smooth and effortless pick-up.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight in real time and adjust your pick-up accordingly, ensuring your chauffeur is there when you arrive, at no additional cost.
What should I do if I can't find my driver?
If you’re unable to locate your chauffeur, please contact our 24/7 support team and we’ll assist you immediately.
How long before the flight departure should I be at the airport?
We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before departure.
Port Transfers
Where will I meet my driver at the port?
Your chauffeur will meet you at the appropriate terminal or docking point — cruise terminal for cruise ships, international ferry terminal for arrivals from Albania or Italy, and directly at the docking point for domestic ferries from Igoumenitsa and Paxos — holding a sign with your name.
What happens if my ship/ferry is delayed?
We track your ship or ferry in real time and adjust your pick-up accordingly, ensuring your chauffeur is there when you arrive, at no additional cost.

Can I go wherever I want with an hourly chauffeur?
Yes. Your hourly chauffeur service is fully flexible, allowing you to choose your destinations and adjust your plans at any time.
What's the maximum time I can book a chauffeur?
You can book a chauffeur by the hour for between 2 and 24 hours.
How many kilometers can an hourly chauffeur take me?
Our hourly chauffeur service includes up to 30 kilometres per hour.

What should I do if I leave an item in the vehicle?
If you’ve left an item in one of our vehicles, please contact our 24/7 support team as soon as possible. We’ll assist you promptly in arranging its return.
